A New Way To Look at the Bradley Barometer
"Classical Bradley Geo" is the model created exactly as it is described in the book "Stock Market Prediction. The Planetary Barometer and How to Use It" by Donald Bradley. Remember that Bradley used this barometer (Bradley called it siderograph) for transit - transit aspects in Geocentric coordinates. If we compare this idea to meteorology, classical Bradley Barometer (based on transit-transit aspects in Geocentric Zodiac) defines the general "weather" on the markets. Bradley Barometer in Heliocentric coordinates looks at the markets from another point of view. The addition of natal chart and transit-natal aspects give us more specific information (like reaction of some entity to the market "weather").
You will see a red waving line (projections graph) upon the black line ( passed historical price) by moving the slider switches on the right hand on his screen you can vary the planetary aspects orb. Keep varying the orb to get the best fit on the past performance of the Dow.

Bradley Barometer Applied
Back in 1947 - Dow-Jones index forecast
Historically, the first application of Planetary Barometer for stock market analysis has been done for Dow-Jones Industrial index. We had repeated what Donald Bradley did (he called this method sidereal potential). He did everything by hand; we designed the program, but the picture in his book looks very similar to this diagram:

From the first glance, you can see that the price curve (a black one) and Bradley Barometer line (red) have not so bad coincidence.
But, again, we have a "mirror" picture as well, these points are marked by green circles.
Rule 1: Bradley Barometer indicates the turning points for Dow-Jones index very well, but it does not point what kind of turning point it is - top or bottom.
Dow Jones index forecast in 2004
Let's return to 2004. I have downloaded the same index:

Now the program shows turning points (vertical lines), to see them, check Turning option. Most of these turning points coincide with max and min points of Bradley Barometer.
There are several places where Bradley Barometer does not work well. I marked them by yellow bar:

All these areas are characterized by the presence of relatively long trend, and Bradley Barometer points out this trend. For example, starting in the end of January till the end of February, Bradley Barometer shows the upward trend. We suggest a hypothesis: the stock market might be sensitive not to Bradley Barometer only, but to the speed of orb changing as well.
Rule 2: When the trend showed by Bradley Barometer is the same during a month or longer period, the Speed option might be of use. In this situation, the speed of orb changes points out the turning points. Use this indicator as an additional one.
For February of 2004, the speed diagram (a blue curve) looks like this:

This question should be researched more: sometimes, the Bradley Barometer itself gives a better forecast, sometimes the forecast based on the speed of orb changes is better. Here is one more example:
