On September 10, 2011 Pluto was setting in New York City.
But on September 11, 2001, the setting went right through New York City.
If you calculate the September 17, 2001 new moon for DC and place it on the map. Then move the planetary lines diurnally till October 7, 2001 when the United States bombed Afghanistan was setting on Kabul.
