If he had downloaded a couple of patches and installed them, in rare cases, you may encounter glyphs problem.

Do the following:

STEP 1: Go in the control panel double-click on the fonts icon.  All the fonts that you have installed on your computer will be displayed in the next window.  Find  AlmaFont place your mouse coarser on it and right-click the mouse then then click on delete. Exit the control panel.  

STEP 2: Make a search on your hard drive to find every AlmaFont.ttf that you have.  Delete everyone of them.   Place your Market Trader program in your CD-ROM.  Copy the AlmaFont.ttf  file on the CD-ROM to the Windows\systems directory.  In the Window 2000 operating system copy this file to the Windows\system 32 directory.  

STEP 3: Get back in the control panel.  Click on the fonts icon .  Click on the Word FILE  in the upper left-hand corner.  Then click on install new font.  At the lower left-hand corner of this dialog box find the folder System and double-click click on it (the folder system 32 if you use in window 2000) .  You will see a notation saying "retrieving fonts".  You should be able to find the file AlmaFont in the upper left-hand window of this box.  Click on it to highlight it then click on the OK button on the right.
