Working with Market Trader under Chinese version of Windows

Working with the programs that use symbolic fonts under Chinese Windows is often related to some system problems. It is not only Market Trader or Market Trader software problem, other vendors of this kind of software often inform their users about similar problems.

To solve this problem, we provide the special patch  that makes Market Trader software compatible with Chinese Windows. So, there are two possible solutions to this problem:

Solution N 1

Download this patch. Unpack and run this program. After installation, run Market Trader software. Be sure that your version is April  12, 2006 or later.

While in Market Trader, open "Options" window:

and set "Chinese Windows" option "ON":

After this setting is done, all tables will be displayed appropriately. Thus, the most important windows that are necessary to generate the projection line will work OK. However, under this setting some astronomical glyphs on BUTTONS will not be displayed properly ("SuperSearch"->"Edit Model"). 
If you intend to use this feature intensively, we recommend to do the following:

Solution N 2

Go to "Start"->"Control Panel"->"Regional and Language Options" -> in "Advanced" tab set "English (United States)" option

You will be able to see all symbols everywhere in the program. The restriction of this solution is: it will be impossible to work with Chinese programs.
